The Bill (Reg. No.5196) supplements the list of economic entities subject to licensing with the activity related to stocking, processing, conservation, storage and delivery of human cells and tissue for medical purposes (activity of cell and tissue banks).

The Committee members deem necessary to supplement the Bill with the provisions envisaging amendments to the Law "On the Transplantation of Organs and other Human Anatomical Materials" regarding licensing of the cell and tissue banks.
